1. Simple Epsom salt bath

A detox bath with Epsom salts can draw toxins out of the body. Epsom salts are composed of magnesium and sulfate, both of which are wonderful for detoxification. Magnesium is vital for controlling inflammation throughout the body, and sulfate helps to draw toxins out of your system. Epsom salts have long been used for many purposes, such as soothing sore muscles and achieving softer skin, but they can also be great for a detox bath.

To use, simply pour a tablespoon or two of Epsom salts into your warm bath as it is filling up. You can add more over time, up to a cup or two. Do this gradually to avoid detoxifying too quickly — this can make you feel ill, so it’s always better to start slow.
