Enhanced sunscreens containing vitamin E or soy isoflavones can also shield and strengthen your skin barrier by assisting in reproducing collagen.
  • Take along accessories like hats, scarves, umbrella. When you are out for longer, you should re-apply your sunscreen and if that’s not possible, use anything that will block sun-rays from penetrating your skin.
  • Wear sunglasses to avoid eye wrinkles when going out in the sun. Eyes are sensitive and so is the skin around them. Strong sunrays make you squint which also leads to wrinkle formation around eyes. So prevent these fine lines, invest some money on quality sunglasses.
